Objective:

Optimizing operational results of the company implementing BSC techniques. The operations in a financial services company are varied and complex because they range from the security elements of people and data, customer service, transactions and project management.

Main results:

The process of coaching the managers and the team led us defining the main management indicators to obtain effective control of its main productivity indexes, has represented a guarantee when adjusting the goals and strategies given that the staff is aligned with the objectives of the company. This project had an extension of 360 calendar days.
