Executive Coaching

Project: Banseguro 2000. Venezuela

Objective:

Facilitate the process of designing management action plans based on the objectives of the strategic plan of the company. In this sense, all managers with executive level were informed and guided in the management of the instrument that would be used to control the chronological execution of said plan, the assignment of those responsible and the measurement of results.

Main Results:

The accompaniment of managers of different levels and corporate experience resulted in the effective merger of various ideas, which finally allowed the combination of strategies aligned with the general objectives of the shareholders. The hours devoted to the reinforcement of concepts and the alignment of the strategy leave an essential contribution to the company and it is the ability to implement strategic thinking as well as to identify their own areas of effectiveness as Managers.
